Position Title Admin Operations Officer - Human Resource (Sourcing & Selection)

Responsibilities
Support any operational matters in the unit
Coordinate and liase with stakeholders for any meeting/discussion/ad hoc project in the unit
Check, Update record/data and do filing in unit
Involve and monitor in matters relate to recruitment and selection process
Prepare Approval document for hiring
Requirements
Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or equivalent
Good communication and writing skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia
Team Player and Pro-active
Fast learner, self-motivated with initiative
Knowledge in using SAP system is an added advantage
